Curious, connected and strategically confident

To accelerate the growth of its senior talent, this organisation launched the Unleashed Leadership Programme – a development experience designed to stretch strategic thinking by learning beyond the boundaries of the business.

Twelve senior leaders were placed into external cohorts alongside peers from other industries, creating a rich environment for shared learning and fresh perspectives. Across three immersive experiences, they exchanged insights, challenged assumptions and broadened their leadership lens.

The highlight was a two-day immersion inside a partner organisation, where leaders explored a live strategic priority and worked on a real challenge that business was facing. Stepping into a new industry pushed them to think differently and sparked ideas they could bring back into their own organisation.

The programme left leaders more curious, connected and strategically confident – equipped with new insights and a wider view of what's possible.
